Yes. The heating system runs completely independently of the light array, and vibration can be switched on or off, so you can choose light only, heat only, or any combination.

Each of the 105 SMT diodes houses three micro-chips: one 660nm red and two 850nm near-infrared, giving 315 chips in total. Red light is absorbed in the more superficial layers, while near-infrared reaches deeper into soft tissue.

There are three heat settings: 45°C, 50°C and 55°C. An NTC temperature sensor monitors the heating element continuously. Start on the lowest setting and always wear the wrap over a thin layer of clothing if you find the heat too intense.

Yes. The wrap is cordless and has three removable rigid support bars along the back panel, so it also acts as a supportive brace while you go about your day.

The magnetic, snap-on 5000mAh controller charges via USB-C. Remove it from the wrap, charge it with a USB-C cable and wall adapter, then snap it back on.

Run time depends on which features you use and the heat level. Light-only sessions use the least power and high heat uses the most. A full charge comfortably covers several sessions.

Detach the battery first. Wipe the clear inner protective film with a damp cloth and mild soap, then allow it to dry. Do not submerge the wrap or put it in a washing machine.
